Please read description and postage section thoroughly. Holds items securely for safer drilling. Manufactured from cast iron with hardened jaws. Chrome plated handle & lead screw. Shipping costs are for mainland UK excluding parts of Scotland, Northern Island and the Isles. It is a single charge of £6.90 per order how ever large or small your order and can be for multiples of the same item or mixed items. For example if you order 10 hammers you will only be charged £6.90. As another example if you order say a wine glass, a palm tree and a chiminea you will still only be charged a max shipping cost of £6.90. Basicaly you can order as much as you like on one order and only pay £6.90 for postage. Knowing that your order is fully insured and not being affected but postal strikes or poor handling by our wonderfull postal system must be worth it. You will also probably find that on multiple item orders that it works out a lot cheaper than other sellers so called free postage or postage discounts. Please email for extra postage charges to the following postcodes. AB, DD, PA, PH, IV, KW and the isles. Please request invoice at the end of your order so we can add the shipping cost to your order. Delivery is usually by an overnight courier and we will only deliver to a confirmed ebay delivery addresses. If you have not made the effort to change your delivery address on your ebay account and it gets delivered to an old or wrong address then im afraid we will not be held responsible. Dispatch is NORMALY within one or two working days of receiving your order and confirmed payment but please allow upto 15 days for delivery. We are a small but well established family business and although we normaly dispatch quickly this is not always possible so please remember this when leaving feedback. Sorry but due to the terms of our lease we do not allow collections from the nursery or warehouse under any circumstances. If your complaint is sent in a polite and sensible manor then you may be surprised how much we will bend over backwards for you. After all its you that keeps us in business. Returns. Postage charge of returned items is at buyers own cost unless damaged or faulty. Any items that arrive damaged must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt. You have the right to return any item for any reason within 7 days of receipt as long as returned unused (again at buyers cost unless damaged or faulty) for a refund. The refund will only be for the the items original cost excluding original postage charge. |
