28mm Sci Fi figures "Police Hero with pistol"

This auction is for One New Miniature, Produced by MOONFLEET MINIATURES.

"Police Hero with pistol" he has survived many armed encounters on the streets of the future, and is a member of the police "Rat Catcher" specialist squad .

The model is approximately 28mm high and comes supplied with a 25mm round base.

Please note, the model displayed has been ink washed to show the detail better, for the purpose of the photo. The miniature(s) you are bidding on are new (bare metal).

We will combine shipping, but please wait for a revised invoice thankyou.

All items are what you see is what you get unless it is stated that something not visible in the picture is included.

We describe items as fully as we can but if you require additional information please ask before you bid.

If you have missed the end of one of our auctions we will relist it for you but we suggest you bid in plenty of time rather than waiting until the last minute.

We do not trade outside of Ebay so please do not ask us to or wait for an item not to sell and then offer us a lower price for it. We do not trade like this on principle; if we reduce an item it will be as an open auction to give everyone a fair chance.

We are square trade members and we are always happy to try and resolve any problems, please let us know if there is a problem BEFORE leaving feedback.

Postage:

Postage is quoted for all destinations in the postage section of the auction we will combine postage.

If you require another method of postage then please ask and we will get a quote for you.

For the UK please add 66p for recorded delivery. The cheapest way to get insurance is to pay for the standard parcel postage rate and add£1 for up to £100 insurance or £1.50 for up to £200.

For all international destinations, airmail or surface add £3.30 to the stated postage price for recorded delivery if you choose to pay for recorded delivery on international mail you can get up to £500 insurance for an extra £1 on top of the recorded delivery charge, so a total of £4.30 added to the postage cost we know that this seems a lot but it is at the actual cost to us, please feel free to check with the royal mail website!

We can accept no responsibility for uninsured items which are lost or damaged in the post.

Payment instructions:

Payment is due within 7 days of the auction end. Please include your address, the item number and title and your Ebay user name with your payment, even if you have already used checkout.

For Non UK bidders we ONLY accept: Paypal & Money orders in GBP (£) only.

For UK bidders we accept: Paypal, Personal cheques & postal orders.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH BY POST.  please use one of the many other methods of payment that we accept.

. We do not accept any other currency at all this includes No Euros! The only exception to the cash rule is if you pay cash on collection when we will of course give change if we have it, we would however advise you to try and have the correct money! If you are collecting your purchase and want to pay by a method other than cash then it needs to clear before you collect your item so please allow a week for cheques or E-cheques.

We DO NOT ACCEPT bank transfers or any method that requires us to give you our bank details. Or any other methods not listed above.

We will accept returns under the following condition:

The item is returned to us in the condition it was sent, ie the condition in the item description.

The BUYER pays the postage both ways. We require that all items sent back to us are sent RECORDED DELIVERY at your own expense (66p) no recorded delivery no return. (The only exception to this is if we have grossly misrepresented the item in the description, or if we send you the wrong item when we will refund the postage we still require recorded delivery and will refund this to in these circumstances.)

We will issue you a refund by paypal,  or personal cheque only in GBP ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEM BACK this applies even if we have agreed to pay the postage, it will be refunded with the rest of your money. If you require a money order as a refund then it will be in GBP and we will deduct the charge for the money order from your total refund unless the fault is ours.

Contacting Us:

We tend to reply to emails in the evening, you will normally receive a reply within 24h, however if we are away or ill it maybe longer so please be patient! If you have a problem with your bid and have not heard from us before the auction end then please do not worry we will be pleased to help you after the end of the auction.

You can request our contact details from Ebay and phone us please DO leave a message including a phone number, We will get back to you if we can not answer.

We will send you an invoice after the end of the auction in line with Ebays policy within 3 days, normally much sooner. If you want to go ahead and pay before you receive the invoice this is fine all the information you need is in the item description.

Please include the item NUMBER and TITLE and your Ebay USER NAME in ALL correspondence, and we know it sounds obvious but please include this information and YOUR ADDRESS with your payment.

If you are not paying by Paypal and want to use checkout to let us know how you will be paying this is fine but we still need all the above information with the payment itself please.
