This is my last character.
She is an industrialist and inventor. Her main skill is giving bonuses for high sec mining operations in an Orca industrial command ship (not included). She is quite a miner too with most of her ore skills at level 5. Unfortunately these skills do not include the ones needed for 0.0 mining, but with a little work could be an uber miner. Her science skills allow her to invent both Amarrian and Minmatarian ship BPCs to tech 2 level.
This character has topped out learning skills. All 11 skills at level 5 and a full set of +4s implanted, so she's a fast learner.
Her spaceship command skills include Caldari Industrial level 5 and Transport Ships level 4 and with an hour or so invested could use the Charon Caldari freighter.
The sale includes a Dark Blood large control tower worth over a billion isk and a Hulk with some odds and ends in the hangar. She has half a billion isk in her wallet to get you started too.
Starting bid is 99p and the auction will continue until the end without a buyout.
