Shipping

Lost parcels: Any parcel we send out is tracked by the courier, if the parcel does not arrive we will then claim against the courier on your behalf, this can take upto 3 weeks to complete, due to high levels of fraudulent claims we will ship a replacement when the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
