We are selling a complete set of the twelve lady musicians in this delightful - and rare - Peggy Davies series.

HN 2795 FRENCH HORN
In fantastic condition, with absolutely no hint of chips, cracks, repairs or crazing. Slight markings on the French Horn as shown.

All twelve come with their original box and display stand, nearly all with the original internal packing, and all with the limited edition certificate in its certificate envelope, or in the case of the Cello and Virginals, with its explanatory leaflet. One of the twelve, Cymbals, is not perfect. Some of the set are dusty or dirty from past display.
This is number 473 of 750. We can provide close-ups so you can further assess condition for yourselves, if you wish, please ask. The display stand is in excellent condition, and the outside of the box is only lightly marked here and there.
Please be aware that we are not experts in virtually anything we sell. Our forte is finding interesting bulk collections to split up and bring to eBay. So please assume nothing! We don’t describe every item in detail, particularly items starting at £1.99. We rely on our buyers to look closely at our photographs to assess everything that is important to them about an item for themselves.
If condition, or any other aspect about an item, is crucial to you and is not addressed specifically in our text or is not apparent from close examination of our pictures, PLEASE ASK. We don’t want disappointed buyers!!
Please be aware of carriers' policies on insuring china and figurines. Damage may NOT be covered, although loss etc certainly is. Because of this, these are being sold on the basis of buyer collecting from Grantham, or hand delivery by prior agreement. We cannot take the risk upon ourselves, so we want all buyers to be prepared to collect from Grantham. We will mail, but only on the clear understanding that mailing will ultimately be at the buyer's risk, although we will insure on the buyer's behalf to the full limit possible. Please rest assured that we will pack these extraordinarily thoroughly - please read our feedback for comments on our packing skills!

It's tedious, we know, but do please read EVERYTHING below as people get more upset about postage than anything else in this whole eBay experience!
UK: £17.50
This is for Special Delivery for TWO packages, one containing the figurine and one the box and stand. Putting them both in the same package would actually cost more by Special Delivery as the weight band jumps to 10Kg!
Overseas - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
For buyers who choose not to collect from Grantham, together these items exceed the 2Kg limit for Royal Mail, so we propose to split them into two packages. One will be the superbly well wrapped figurine, the other the box and stand. This does mean two insurance payments AT £5.50 EACH, although we can reduce this on request, if you don't want both packages insured to full value. We have estimated the final weights as 1Kg and 1.75Kg. If we have overestimated, we WILL refund the difference.
Europe: You will be invoiced for 'International Signed For' Air Mail at £29.50
Rest of the World: You will be invoiced for 'International Signed For' Air Mail at £43.00
Should you be unlucky enough to have your package damaged, stolen or lost en route, we will claim on insurance and from that refund as much as we can of your purchase price, and, if covered within your chosen postal method, the postage price too. Please be aware that this process can take some time, especially when the loss occurs overseas. We'll keep you informed throughout.

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A BEST OFFER!
In the majority of instances, we do not accept Best Offers until an item has remained unsold for about four weeks. Remember that you may only be allowed to make one offer so do not make it too low. As a guide we nearly always accept offers within 10% of the Buy Now Price AFTER that initial period, whereas lower offers are usually only accepted after a further period of weeks.
So, if your initial offer is not accepted, get in touch as, if it becomes apparent we were over optimistic in our pricing, your offer could be acceptable later on! Always assuming the item does not sell in the meantime, of course!

Returns are accepted under the UK's distance selling legislation. Providing the item is returned in EXACTLY the same condition as when sent, the amount paid for the item (but not carriage) will be refunded. If we agree that an item is to be returned due to misdescription or other error on our part we will refund ALL payments including return carriage.
