Shipping Policies


The UK postage is just for Zone 1 (England, Wales and parts of Scotland). For an address out side of Zone 1, there is an extra charge of 5-10 pounds.

  • All boxes will be opened and checked for quality before despatching.
  • Once we've received cleared payment, we will arrange delivery with Our courier (unless otherwise stated) on the next working day.
  • For Combine shipment, Sunlova uses the highest First Item shipping and handling rates from all items on the order, and then uses the Additional Item rates for every other items in the order.
  • All shipments require a signature, so please have the item sent to a location where someone will be available to sign during business hours.
