This badge maker is unlike others on the market in that it has the total flexibility to make several different sizes of button badges by simply changing the moulds (these are available to purchase via my other auctions). This is a very simple operation and takes around 15 seconds.
Producing a badge is done in two simple operations. Load the moulds with your artwork and the components, and then after pulling down the lever, slide the mould across and pull down the lever a second time. This machine is quite capable of producing 300 badges/hour (this assumes that your artwork is ready and cut to size).
Machine dimensions are approx 150mm wide x 300mm long x 500mm high (to top of the handle) and weighs 5.5kg making it easy to move around.
The only other item that you may require apart from your printed artwork is a circle cutter which we also supply that can be found here in my other listings. Postage & Packaging:- Goods are dispatched via Royal Mail or Courier dependant upon their weight. Once cleared payment has been received I will inform you when your order is going to be dispatched and by what method. Most Royal Mail items are dispatched via 1st class post, please appreciate that once it has been posted I have no control over the delivery timescale, I can only quote what Royal Mail state in their terms and conditions of postage. If your order is dispatched via courier it is sent on a next working day service and a signature will be required on delivery. It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure that somebody is home to sign for the parcel. In certain out of reach areas within the UK, I reserve the right to use a different delivery service than the one quoted in the auction, consequently this may lead to a longer delivery time and additional carriage costs. I will always keep you fully informed should this be the case.
