Deliveries to Highland Scotland, Remote UK areas or Northern Ireland by courier MAY incur a surcharge, this will depend on where you are located, what you are buying and what the weight of the consignment is. We will always work hard to get you the best price for delivery but if you are or think you are in any of these areas please contact us in advance for a carriage quotation. Hi Everyone When reviewing our feedback you will note that in October and November we had a big leap in negative feedback. When make your buying decision, please take a look and review them in a fair minded manner in considering how bad royal mail were in October and November. You will note that all but one of the negatives are from that period. Obviosuly we make mistakes and we acknowledge them in our replies where it is our fault, but to put it into context we have replaced 140 consignments during that period and handled 2000+ emails.
