Shipping

• Add $0.99 for shipping each additional same item.

• Our official shipping carriers are UPS, Fedex and Canada Post.
• US shipping rate provided in the item listing is only referring to 48 continental states, buyers from HI, AK, PR have to pay higher shipping cost, please check the rates with us first.
• Local pick up might be available, please contact us first.
• Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hours after acceptance. Please inspect your order upon receipt.
• Shipping insurance is optional for the buyer. (additional fee might apply)

Returns

• Unused items in its original packaging might be eligible for exchange within 7 days of receiving. Buyer will pay for the return shipping fees.
• Lamp is extremely fragile product, so please pack the item well before ship it back to us, damaged item is not eligible for refund, credit or exchange.
• Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
• To obtain repair or replacement, please contact us for a RMA number. Please provide eBay item number and your user ID.  

Warranty

• All of our products are 100% brand new. Hobbylighting warrants its products against defects due to workmanship or materials but not abuse, improper maintenance, disassembly of parts.
• We provide 3 months warranty on lamps and 1 year warranty on ballasts.
