Payment and Shipping |

Delivery |
| 1. EMS ships to most locations all over the world with a few exceptions, thus we will ship the goods through other shipping companies for those exceptions. Please specify your preferred shipping company if you have one. |

| 3. Each country has different taxation rules; thus tariff and insurance are not included in the shipping cost listed above. |

Back Order |
| JAW will do our best to keep every product in stock, however, with some unexpected situations when we don’t have your ordered product in stock, we do refunds or you could wait for the goods. Please contact us for waiting time. However, JAW usually sends out products right after we have received full payment. |

Customer Service, Warranty, and Return |
| 1. After you have received your product, if you found out that you do not like or want the product, you can return it to us for refund or exchange the product within 7 to 14 days starting from the day you have received the item. However, we only accept it under the condition in which the product is unused and still in new condition as shipped. You will be responsible for the shipping costs. JAW reserves the right to decide if the product is returnable. We will not accept return or exchange if JAW determines it to have been used. If you choose to have a refund, we will process it within 15 days after we have received the item. |
| 2. Every product has a 6 months warranty. If the product is broken within 6 months due to bad quality (which will almost not happen), then JAW would be responsible for full repair and shipping costs; however, we will charge repair fees if the product is broken due to inappropriate usage. |
