Powerline Tattoo Supplies are located in Kingston upon Hull, England! Powerline Tattoo Supplies is a specialist company, who have been designing and manufacturing tattooing supplies and equipment for the past 20 years. We are one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of quality tattoo equipment and supplies in Europe. We supply many other smaller tattoo supply companies as well as selling direct to tattooists, so if you require prices for bulk wholesale orders please contact us. 

We have tattoo and piercing shops across the North of England so our staff has first hand experience within our industry. The warehouse and offices are based in Kingston Upon Hull, East Yorkshire, and this is where we operate our mail-order company from. All orders are despatched the same working day or next working day for quick delivery and are sent using the Royal Mail, due to the royal mails price increase and delivery times, we are now sending all parcels whose value exceeds £30 or that weigh over 1 kilo via our insured courier service. P+P discount will be given accordingly. Courier service excludes highlands, islands and northern ireland.

Products delivered (pursuant to orders) are not returnable except by prior agreement.

Returned goods which are not faulty or have not been sent in error will be credited 90% of the original invoice value and must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition and within 2 weeks. All tattoo inks and tattoo Flash/Design Sets are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Upon receipt of returned goods and subject to their condition upon return, we will refund the monies you have paid for the goods and/or supply you with substitute goods.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Defective items

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.

To return a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging and send the package to the address above:

Any request for credit or replacements for shortages or damages in transit must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods, or in the case of non-delivery, within 5 working days of placing the order
