Auction Sales Policy...

Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally biding contract to purchase the item.  If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 5 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion.

 Delivery...

Lead time on deliveries can be up to 21 days after payment clears.  Your order will be dealt with in strict rotation.  Stock is ordered on a forward basis and sometimes can be delayed.  As you can imagine our products are very popular - the largest number of single units in one order so far has been 185 - as you can imagine, if this happens and we run out of stock, there will be  a delay - you will be kept fully informed of anything like this.

 Returns Policy...

In the unlikely event that a return is required, all returns must include all original items unbroken, in re-sellable condition, with
all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.  Software ebook and part-used sales are not refundable.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back unless the fault is ours.  Returns only accepted within 14 days - please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback in the case of eBay - our email address and contact details are shown on our "About Me" page...
