We aim to get all purchases dispatched within 1-2 working days or within 10 days if payment by cheque. Purchases are securely packaged in strong boxes (if applicable) and we are not responsible for packages once they have left us and can no longer give a refund for any breakages in the post, but will retain all proof of postage. We describe all items to the best of our knowledge and do not knowingly describe something wrongly, but we are only human so please send a photo of the discrepancy on day of receipt and we will give a full or partial refund if necessary. Most of our items are vintage and in a used condition (unless otherwise stated) so please bear this in mind and do not expect them to be in mint condition. Buy more and pay less as we combine postage. If the item or items weigh over 2 kilo's when being sent abroad it sometimes works out cheaper to send by Courier as allowed upto 10 kilo's for £30.00 to Europe (although Eastern Europe is a lot more expensive) and £50.00 for world wide.
