Insurance is required for orders over £25 - no more then the cost of 1 Recorded Delivery service will be added regardless of number of items purchased in a combined invoice

We offer good combined postage/bulk purchase discounts - if buying different listings or in bulk YOU MUST request total / wait for your final invoice BEFORE PAYING as it is not automatically calculated correctly and there is too much admin involved in refunding and sending invoices

Returns/Cancellations


Contact must be made to arrange return of faulty items within 7 days or to cancel an order

Buyers must have obtained proof of posting to obtain refund if item doesn't come back to us

Goods not faulty must be returned unused & suitable for resale, postage is not refunded for unwanted returned items. Our full terms and conditions are in our shop's information pages.

We block buyers if we do not receive items back that we have replaced and there is no proof of posting - NO EXCEPTIONS

Return policy
Goods are checked thoroughly during the packaging process and packaged in order to protect the contents. Returns (non auction items) will be accepted within 14 days at the buyers cost unless goods are faulty. Contact must be made to arrange the return beforehand. 

All returned goods must be unused and in resalable condition. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty returns will be at our cost. 

Refunds will not be given if a certificate of posting is not obtained and we do not receive the returned item as we need the item or the certificate to claim compensation from Royal Mail.
