Packaging, Handling & Processing:
Seller is responsible for safe packaging, actual payment to USPS on your behalf, and delivery to the Post Office. Item will arrive protected as well as in a padded envelope with Delivery Confirmation services. Insurance is optional, but Delivery Confirmation is included in all quoted USA shipping...USPS tends not to lose those :) We are very good at packaging ~ no broken items for nine (9) years!

There is a handling charge in the price for supplies & gas, however we do not make any profit on the charge and you get the benefit of our bulk buy prices! Note: USPS' First Class Mail Parcel charge starts at $1.31...not $0.41. First Class Mail Letter is not available for our bubble envelopes or any envelope whose depth is over 1/4inch.

Seller is not responsible for any part of Post Office delivery, including transit time or lack of delivery. We are not responsible for lost items even when USPS insurance is purchased. We will help you with P.O. procedures/claims where we can. Shipping money is NON-REFUNDABLE simply because it is not our money - it is yours which we pay to the P.O. on your behalf for their services. We have no more control of the USPS than you do and consider it a violation of our Terms of Service (TOS) if a Buyer attempts to hold us responsible for other's responsibilities. Don’t agree? Order Processing Time: PayPal and Money Order payment usually gets item to the P.O. within 1-2 business days upon receipt of cleared payment. Allow extra time during Holidays. Exceptions due to unforeseen circumstances may occur and add a day or so, we will let you know if this is happening. If delayed on our part, we usually refund handling at our discretion.
