- The product was used and returned within store/retailer/Manufaturer return/warranty policy
- The original product packaging was damaged
- The product was sold, the box was opened and the item was returned to its respective manufacturer, and might be missing some items.
- The product had a minor fault which has since been fully repaired and re-tested
So how exactly are these product refurbished ? Every product targeted for reconditioning must pass a thorough examination.
Important point to note ? The items have been tested and are 100% functional. However, they may have cosmetic blemishes e.g. marks, dents or scratches normally associated with usage.

Our shipping charge include cost of postage, labour and packaging. Please bear in mind that it costs more than just the price of carriage to dispatch a parcel.
We are happy to combine purchases for certain products at a discounted cost per each additional item. This cost will be added during checkout. Unfortunately, it might not be possible to combine certain products due to weight, size, or value. Orders cannot be changed or modified once checkout has been completed.
Unfortunately, Knight Xchange cannot facilitate customers wishing to collect orders. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. As carriage is a third party, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for delivery times. Although, we will try our best to keep you informed of any delays if and when they arise.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with the item for whatever reason, you may return it for a refund within the first 7 days of purchase.
Fully functioning product: You are entitled to return the product for a refund within a maximum of 7 calendar days after receipt of your order. You will be refunded the price of the product, provided that the item is received in tact and in a resale able condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please follow the Returns Procedure outlined below.
Non functioning product: Knight Xchange is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. All items are supplied with a warranty, unless specifically stated otherwise. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay the full costs associated with the return of the product to Knight Xchange.
Items should be returned by traceable methods of shipping and adequate insurance cover should be taken out by the customer. We regret we are unable to ship advance replacements. If a suitable replacement is not available, Knight Xchange reserves the right to refund the purchase price of the product, along with the original freight cost.
If returned item is found to be working correctly. We will charge you for shipping it back. We will only make refund the same way that payment has been made. |

Returns Procedure

| If an item develops a fault within the warranty period, please email in order to obtain a Return Material Authorisation number, (RMA). Please clearly write the RMA number on the outer packaging of any items being returned. All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns not displaying a relevant RMA number or an expired RMA number. Knight Xchange cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit. The customer should, therefore, ensure that adequate insurance cover has been taken out on any product being returned to Knight Xchange. |
