Returns Policy
If you are not happy with the item for whatever reason, you may return it for a refund within the first 7 days of purchase. *Fully functioning product:* You are entitled to return the product for a refund within a maximum of 7 calendar days after receipt of your order. You will be refunded the price of the product, provided that the item is received in tact and in a resale able condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns Procedure
If an item develops a fault within the warranty period, please email in order to obtain a Return Material Authorisation number, (RMA). Please clearly write the RMA number on the outer packaging of any items being returned. All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns not displaying a relevant RMA number or an expired RMA number. Knight Xchange cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit. The customer should, therefore, ensure that adequate insurance cover has been taken out on any product being returned to Knight Xchange.
