Here at Pledge we do accept item returns. You can receive a full refund if the item is not as described in the description.

If you simply do not want the item for example it is not what you were expecting or you have bought the item for someone who does not want the item. We will be happy to accept your return and you can exchange the item for something else.

All returns must be requested within 7 working days of receiving the item. The item must then be sent back with all of the enclosed boxes and papers and the item in the same condition received. Please also include your Ebay user I.D, and item number.

Please note: When returning do not address to Pledge Jewellers as someone will know there is jewellery in the parcel and the package could go missing.
