You can cancel the contractual agreement without giving any reasons within one month in a written form (e.g., by letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the item. The one-month period starts with the receipt of these Instructions in a written form. The time limit shall be deemed to have been observed if the notice of cancellation or item has been sent in time. In case of a cancellation, performances received by both parties are to be returned and possibly drawn profits and enjoyed benefits are to be surrendered. If you cannot return the performance received completely or in parts or can only return it in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us for the value in question. This shall not apply if the deterioration of the item is exclusively due to its inspection as it would have been possible, for example, in a retail shop. You can avoid the obligation to compensate us for any lost value if you do not take the item in possession as an owner and refrain from any acts affecting its value. In case of a return of items from deliveries with a total order value of up to GBP 28.50, you will have to bear the costs of the return shipment; in all other cases, return shipment is free.
