You as a buyer are protected by distance seller regulations which enable buyers to return any non auction goods within 7 days of receipt. 

However the following conditions do apply: 

1) Please contact use prior to return with your Invoice number, Ebay name, Telephone number, and reasons why you wish to return the goods. 

2) Buyers are liable for the return shipping cost. We can arrange this at an agreed cost which has to be paid in full before collection takes place.

3) Any carriage costs incurred by the seller will not be refunded if the correct items have been supplied.

4) Items that are accepted for return must be unused, and in the case of wheel and tyre packages not fitted to the hub for viewing purposes. 

5) A duty of care on your part to ensure the goods are returned in the original packaging and are received by us in perfect condition. If goods are received damaged they will be returned to you at your expense and will not be accepted for a refund. 

6) The distant selling act only covers items which are not specially ordered. If you order a tyre and a wheel package and the tyres are fitted to the wheels this is deemed as a special order and cannot be returned under the distant selling act.

7) Wheels or tyres sold seperately or in sets are covered under the distant selling act. 

This of course does not affect your statutory rights.
