eBay Store Policy - Please Read!

*** SHOPPING ***

You can buy our items and carry on shopping in our store for up to 7 days! These will all be totalled up onto one invoice and you can pay for all of them at once, with your postage discount (where applicable).

*** PAYMENT ***

We accept payments made through PayPal, Cheque, Postal Order, and most credit/debit cards. Payment is required within 7 days from the auction close.

Returns / Cancelled Bids

All bids on eBay are binding, whether you win the auction or not. If for any reason you cannot or will not complete the transaction upon winning the auction, please do not bid.
All items returned to us as a change of mind/unwanted item must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense. We are not a buy and try store - all items must be returned new and factory sealed. Shipping charges are non-refundable on these items. A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 10% of the purchase price.

If your goods arrive faulty, damaged or incomplete, please email us within 7 working days by clicking 'Contact Seller' so we can resolve this. Please ensure that when you return goods you include the following information: Name, eBay User ID, Our Order ID or Invoice Date of Purchase, Reason for Return. If you simply do not want your item anymore, then you can return the item to us in original packaging and unused at your postal expense, for a refund less the postage it cost us to send to you. We may charge you a restocking fee for this privilege though.

*** DELIVERY ***

We aim to deliver all our items within 10 working days of your payment date.
Here at Pressplay, we would rather you be over the moon with a delivery quicker than expected, than promise superman to deliver your parcel and have him turn up 3 days late!

We despatch items from our warehouse usually between 1 and 3 days.

Please note our business hours are Mon-Fri, so orders placed on a Friday for example, may not be despatched until the middle of the following week.

If you want faster shipping, email us! You can pay for Next Day / 48hour services! Please contact us before paying! If you are NOT happy with our 10 working day maximum delivery time, please don't bid! Or, ask us prior to buying/paying for a faster shipping method! Simple!
