Warranty |

This product has a full one year warranty. Buyers MUST contact us to send the defective items back for exchange within the warranty period. **Please read our Return/Refund policy for details. |

Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part. |

Return/Refund |

We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned. We do not allow returns without first requesting a RMA number. |

Items should be returned with original packages. |

Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address. |

No refund accepted after 30 days of receipt. |

Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee. |

In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. |

Cancel order |

We reserve the right to cancel order if the buyer does not pay us with 7 business days after auction end, and a negative feedback will be posted to him on Ebay. |

2. We reserve the possibility that some products may become out of stock in a short period of time. We will contact you immediately by email if this happened. If you have confirmed that you are able to wait for the order, we will send the backorder to you when it is in stock. If not, we will issue a full refund at once. (It will take at least 2 weeks to process the refund if your order is paid by Money Order/Check)
