This concentrate is dead easy to use and will give you a very soft/fluffy style loaf or rolls similar in texture/ taste to the soft batch style ones you see in shops.Thats because it is designed just for soft bread or rolls, its an improver and conditioner all in one, it has all the ingredients to make superb soft bread and rolls, just add flour,water,yeast...no messing with fats,milk powders,salt,sugar etc.,AS ITS ALL INCLUDED in the improver,no more mistakes!!!!

You can use any of my improvers or mixes in a machine or by hand to make your bread.

Why not mix the dough in the machine, pull it out and make some tasty batch rolls in the oven...dead easy.

Hi Emma sorry for delay - have been away for the bank holiday. The product is great - I have just moved to UK from New Zealand where I can buy flour improver ready mixed with fast action yeast so I was disappointed to find that I couldn't buy it here. Luckily I've found your site and therefore can have yummy soft bread! Look out for further orders.
