• No standard size order for size 30 and up. If any of your measurement is bigger than our standard size 28, only custom made order is available.

• This is MADE TO ORDER dress. No ready-to-wear dress in stock. No matter standard size order or custom cut order, it takes 14-21 days to process your order.  The processing time is counted from the next business day after we receive your both payment and completed order form.

• Once we have finished, we will ship the dress by EMS from our manufacture at Shanghai, China to you. Then we will email the tracking number to you and you can track the package at http://www.parcelforce.com/portal/pw/track?catId=7500082. Usually, it will take 4-6 days to arrive at most US cities. It might be a little bit longer to other countries.

• IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW YOUR SIZE. Please read section "How To Measure" for measurement guide carefully.

• Due to packaging & shipping, you should expect some wrinkling of fabric upon arrival, so dress will need to be ironed.

• We also make bridesmaid dresses and flowergirls dresses.  If you order them with your dress, we will give 20% shipping discount for each additional item. Please note this discount is only for shipping in one package.   

• If you want to order bridesmaids dresses and flowergirl dresses to match your wedding dress, please send them in one order at the same time so that they all be the same dye lot and the same embellishment details. No color variation and embellishment are the same. If you order them not the same time, the shade for the same color could vary a little because they may not be in the same dye lot and the embellishment details could be a a little bit different too due to handcraft nature.

• You will receive at least three emails from us:

  1.	After you win the bid, we will send an email with attached order form to confirm your order.
  2.	After your order has been sent to our manufacture in China, we will send you a email notice with estimated processing time.
  3	After your dress has been shipped, we will send tracking order number to you.

  Please check your email regularly during our transaction. We are NOT responsible for any delay of your order due to slow or no response from you.

• Because we can't get our ebay final value fee back if the auction ended more than 45 days and the paypal fee we are charged to receive your payment will not be refundable after 60 days of your payment, please send your completed order form within 10 days of auction ended. Otherwise, the refund will minus ebay final value fee and Paypal fee when you want to return the dress no matter the reason why you return.

• We will ship the item within one business day after the wedding dress is finished in the required time frame. Tracking number will be provided once the items are shipped.    • If you send your order information to us with text only without table, your order may be delayed because we have to fill the information in the form for you. It takes time because we are very busy.

   • Even if you only want standard size order, your completed order form is required. You just leave the measurement section blank and fill the other information required in the form.

   • Your measurement are required for custom cut order.

   • Please specify your special requirements such as accessories you have ordered, color change and style change on the order form. We will keep original design and color unless you tell us your special requirements on the order form.    Yes. We can custom make the dress for you if you want change the color. But we recommend you to think over before you make any change of style or color. It might be different from your imagination. And your dress might be delayed due to the color change because we may not have that color in stock and will make special order for you.    Yes. Please make a note about your requirement on the order form after you win the bid.

   　

4. How long can I get the dress?

   Currently it will take 14-21 days to process the order from the next business day after we receive your both payment and order form. Plus 4-6 days shipping time. So total is 18-27 days.  (Notes: Processing time could be changed during Chinese holiday season. )

   　

5. If I buy more, do you have shipping discount?

   Yes. We offer 20% combined shipping discount for each additional dress. But all the items should be shipped in one package. 

   　

6. Do you always carry this style?

   Yes.  But we recommend you save the pictures to your computer. In case you need it, you can contact us directly so that we know which dress you are looking for.
