Ordering From SuperJacks Golf Shop: Browse through our eBay shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and please complete the payment within 3-5days.
Delivery schedule: We process all orders within 24 hours. All orders received by 1.00pm GMT are shipped out the same day using Royal Mail 1st class recorded or optional Special Delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Whilst most items will be dispatched within one working day, please allow 2-3 days for delivery within the UK, 5-7 days for Europe, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and 7-10days for United States and Australia.
Postage: We post most of our items via Royal Mail 1stclass or 1stclass recorded and you should receive your item the next day but please be advised Royal Mail can take up to 3-4 days to deliver your item. Please keep us informed if any delay occurs. We replace or issue a full refund for any items lost in the post. For heavy items (golf bags etc) we are using DHL
Special delivery/Next day delivery: This is an optional service and is available only for UK deliveries and for all orders received before 1pm GMT at additional cost of £4.50 . Please email or call 01536 443752 for further assistance.
Non-mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, etc): Please note we do not provide delivery outside Mainland UK for larger and heavy items ex: bags, clubs, which exceed 1.5kg. For larger items please contact us for a shipping quote.
Overseas Shipping: We ship to Ireland and all European countries small packets up to 2.00kg . For heavier or large items which exceed 2kg please contact us for a shipping quote. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Shipping to United States and Australia is also available for small packets please contact for a shipping quote. The packet can not exceed 2.00kg otherwise extra charges will apply.
Payment: We prefer payment by Paypal, we also accept Cheques & Postal Orders sent by registered mail. We also accept Credit Card payments please call 01536 443752 and mention your eBay item ID number.
Packaging: At Super Jacks Golf Shop, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.
Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence.
Items lost or damaged: If you have received an email from us informing you that your item has been dispatched but you have not received your order within 3 working days in UK , please contact us 01536 443752 or email us with your Item number and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
For lost or damaged items we usually replace them straightaway if they are still available in stock or you will have to option to choose another item or a full refund. We will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome. |
