ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

• All our items are Original, Factory-Sealed and Brand-New. These are not pirated (boot-leg) copies.
• All our PC / MAC games are in ENGLISH (including the box and its contents), with unused CD-keys, and have not been registered. These games will work on any computer that meets the system requirements, if any, as specified in the product description.
• PC games do not have regional encoding (PAL/NTSC).
• For XBOX 360, we will state in our description if item is REGION CODING or UNIVERSAL CODING.
• For Nintendo DS / GBA and  Sony PS3 / PSP, these games are REGION FREE.
• All our Sony PS2 and Nintendo Wii games are only offered in NTSC format

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Payment Methods: Via PayPal only (for international orders).
• Local Taxes: Please be aware of your local taxes - we cannot be informed of all the current tax laws of every country. We are not responsible for any customs/duty/import taxes that you may have to pay.

SHIPPING

• For small items: These will be sent by standard international registered postal rate. A basic tracking reference will be provided (if required) for you to see when your parcel was lodged and when it has been delivered.
• For bulky items: These will be sent by courier service where full tracking is available (if required) for you to follow the progress of your parcel from lodgement to delivery.
• Product Dispatch: Upon funds receipt, we will ship out the item within same business day or within the next business day. Do advise if you want to receive the items urgently, and we will advise any additional courier charges accordingly.
• Delivery Time: Pending custom clearance, standard shipping takes approximately 7-20 business days via registered airmail after date of dispatched. Please contact us immediately should you not received your package within this stipulated timeframe.
• Item will be sent, by default, to the name and address registered with PayPal. Please advise if a different address is required.
• Packaging: All packages will be packed with care to prevent any potential shipping damage. All packages are sent out the next business day once payment is received. Depending on product's location, items could be dispatched from our Singapore, Hong Kong or USA warehouse.
• Custom Checks: Please note that your country's customs may occasionally open an item to check its contents. In this instance, we cannot guarantee that the item's packaging will be properly wrapped again.
• NOTE: There will be no delivery on weekends or public holidays.

RETURNS POLICY

• FAULTY PRODUCTS
  • Any faulty items must be returned in original packaging within 30 days after you have emailed us on product issue.
  • Our service center will test the product for your warranty claims. Upon confirmation of item's fault, we will send a replacement to you and fully reimburse your shipping cost.
   
• DAMAGE in TRANSIT: Should the item be damaged during shipping, we will consider an exchange only if the product cannot function as it should function.
• ORDER CANCELLATION: For any cancellation of orders after item has been dispatched, buyer will bear the full cost of shipping the item back in its original sealed packing before any funds return.
