These Pre Paid cards are bigger than standard PHQ cards. They have a printed image of a stamp on the back and are valid for posting. Each card is cancelled on the First Day of Issue with a different special handstamp.
Stamp Issue: Celebrating 100 years of the Scouting Movement. In the summer of 2007 in Essex the 21st World jamboree was held. This issue commemorates some of the Scouts achievements and typical activities. The stamps were designed in the manga-style.
