For Sale - my brother's immaculate MG ZT which he has loved from new. The MG is British made (we are both Brummie boys and this was an important buying criterion) and not a dodgy kit or import.
Car is a five speed manual, with a lovely growly 2.5 litre V6 petrol. First registered March 2006, (06 plate), with balance of warranty transfer to new owner (expires 16/03/2009).
Goodwood Green metallic. ABS, Alarm, Alloy wheels, Audio remote control, Body coloured bumpers, 6-CD autochanger & radio-cassette player, climate control air conditioning system, very good tyres. Electric windows front & rear, black half leather interior, sports seats.
Car has a full service history (Central Motors, Bedford).
The body is remarkably free from those little dents you can collect in supermarket car parks. The vehicle has never been accident damaged and is being reluctantly sold by its sole private owner from new as he now has a company car.
There is nothing wrong with this car at all. It has been boringly reliable and everything works as it should. As the owner of several MGs and Rovers in my time I am amazed at the lack of any annoying rattles and squeaks!!
All questions, further pix and info on request by email. Successful bidder pays by bankers draft, EFT or UK cheque only. The reserve price is set at a sensible level. Car is advertised elsewhere and therefore the right to withdraw from auction is reserved. The reserve price is set at a reasonable level as this is a lot of car for its price, condition and youth.
Viewing, tyre kicking and inspection can be arranged in Buckingham area. EMAIL me first.
The following caveat made more in sorrow than anger: I have had a great time with eBay since I joined - see my feedback - and I've sold a few vehicles too. Nevertheless, car auctions seem to attract people perpetrating that tired old shipping scam where the seller is expected to hand over the car to a "representative" and refund an overpayment from a foreign bank. We all know how it works. Scammers will be reported to the Police.
