For Sale is my scooter bought in August of 2006 and used a a means of commuting to and from work (Southport - Liverpool at the time.) I am selling as I no longer am able to ride it as my CBT has expired and I no longer wish to ride motorcycles. I bought and registered it from new from getagrip.uk.com. I have included links at the bottom of the listing for you to look at.

The bike has 9040Km on the clock which equates to 5618 Miles approx. The scooter does not require an MOT until next year July and road tax is £15 a year. It does approx 80miles per tank with me at 17 stone on the scooter.

The scooter has suffered some damage over the winter in the high winds as it was blown over twice - it lost is wing mirrors (I have a new set ready to put on for the buyer) and the tip of the front break lever snapped off but can easily and cheaply replaced - the break still works fine. A replacement is £2.50 as advertised see link below for total list of spares and prices from the suppliers.

Also, someone has tried to steal the bike and as a result the lock mechanisim on the seat compartment is broken (picture shown) and they had a go at the ignition but failed. The ignition barrel is still in perfect working order but the seat lock isn't working anymore - should be able to replace fairly easily - Locks Set is advertised for £8.15 - See the link below.

As with most scooter it doesn't like the wet - heavy rain etc. It suffers a loss of power when the weather conditions is very wet. 

There is scuffing to the pastic body work from where it has fallen over - see pictures. You can buy replacements for all the body work very cheaply and a full list can be found at the link below.

I have had the bike serviced twice due to a problem with the dials - the rev counter was tempramental and the fuel gauge doesn't work properly - a new fuel sensor is £2.65. The speedo works fine. The bike has had it's oil changed every 1000Km by me. The bike runs fine and I have just changed the oil today.

There are signs of rust as shown in the pictures in all the usual places. The bike could do with a good clean and polish.
