For sale is my 2005 Honda cbr125r. I have owned the bike since may 2006 and it has not let me down once. I believe this is partly due to my servicing more than necessary and partly due to Honda build quality. I always serviced my bike about every 2000 miles (Honda say 2500). This included a new plug and oil change and also a new air filter every second service (not due till third). The bike was fitted with new tyres about 1000 miles ago and was last serviced about 300 miles ago. The bike has done 14000 miles and like I said has never skipped a beat in that time. I always keep the bike clean as it is easier to notice things like brake pads wearing down while cleaning. I fitted an alarm/immobiliser for peace of mind. The alarm has an inbuilt remote starting feature, which can be easily disabled if required. I also changed the standard exhaust can for an aftermarket one. I do not know if this is road legal, as it does not contain an E-mark however it does not say ‘not for road use’ either. The standard can is included in the sale. I have the standard toolkit, owner’s manual, both keys and both alarm fobs. I am selling due to passing my test and looking for a bigger bike. The bike is located in Belfast. Almost forgot to say how cheap this bike is to run. Very cheap ins, tax, tyres, chains etc.
