For those travelling from further afield, Junction 18 of the M6 gives good access to Manchester, Stockport, Warrington, Stoke-on-Trent and Liverpool and is close to other towns in the area, notably Macclesfield, Congleton, Knutsford, Middlewich, Crewe and Northwich. Those that prefer to use public transport are well-served, as Goostrey Railway Station is less than 2 miles away.
