This does not & will not preclude us from being courteous! 1) Firstly and foremost, any winning bidder is under no obligation to purchase any car from us, if, having seen it, you feel it is not as described. We will not question or challenge your decision not to proceed, even if you don’t like the colour of it! We endeavour to list as accurately as we can, and NEVER KNOWINGLY abuse your trust, but you must accept we are human and can make errors or omissions, and therefore will not hold anyone to a purchase, AS LONG AS THEY HAVE SEEN IT, Similarly you will have no right to complain to us that you may have travelled x number of miles and wasted a day. Mechanics are welcome in the process. If anyone is not happy with a vehicle having inspected, then of course they are under no obligation to buy. Should they purchase, we will not entertain any after sales issues, all our cars are sold as seen. We are offering this 2004 Lexus LS430 with automatic (tip/tronic) transmission and the 4.3 litre V8 engine and the LPG gas conversion. This car is finished in a beautiful metallic paint and has full leather seats with walnut fascias. The premium pack in the rear is outstanding. From the rear seats you have vast options. You can electrically alter the rear seats and rear headrests. You can choose the massage/heated option as well on these rear seats. There are audio and climate control and you can raise and lower the electric rear blind from here also. The car has service history; the services were carried out at 7K, 20K, 38K and 48K miles and all services are appropriately stamped by Lexus. The car has an MOT until May 2010 and tax until June 2010. SPECIFICATION AS FOLLOWS
This car has the 4.3 litre V8 engine and the LPG gas conversion; the eml light is on but this is common for LPG conversions and this does not affect the drive at all. This really is a beautiful car to drive. Please note that collection may not be immediately available. The interior is in excellent condition, the seats and carpets are extremely clean and straight and the leather is still in excellent condition for the miles. All of the equipment we checked worked without fault. We did notice that the traction and tyre pressure lights were illuminated; this is likely to be a sensor failure as it does not affect the drive one bit. This really is a very clean and straight car with no imperfections in the exterior; it really is a beautiful example in first class condition. The alloys are unmarked and the car has average treaded tyres all round. This car has just had a private plate transfer; there for it has come without the V5; you can register yourself as the keeper of the car with a V62 form which is downloadable from the DVLA website. We will certify on your invoice that you will have no issues in obtaining the V5 and registering yourself as the keeper of the car. If the car has been transferred over to the “trade” on the DVLA database then the car can be taxed at a DVLA office using the V62 form; if not then you will need to have the V5 to tax the car. We will leave you to enquire with DVLA on the status of the vehicle for taxing. The car is fully HPI checked and cleared of finance etc. Please see our feedback and rely on our reputation and integrity.
