Buyers please read the below terms:
The vehicle details, indication of damage and images shown should not be relied upon as a statement of condition, the parts list is not a comprehensive list and is just a general guide.
Buyers are advised to view vehicles before bidding to satisfy themselves of the condition.
Prior to the vehicle going back on the road, it will though require tax and MOT. We advise the winning bidder that the vehicle must be collected by trailer and on no account can it be driven from us on the road.
You are welcome to come and inspect the vehicle at any time before auction ends.
Please do so before you bid, as no complaints will be entertained after the close of the auction.
Payment and Collection
Contact must be made by phone or email within 24 hours of the end of the auction or the vehicle may be offered to another bidder. A deposit of £100 or the full payment, whichever is the lesser, must be made either by Paypal or by Credit/Debit Card over the phone within 3 working days after the close of auction. The balance must be paid and the vehicle collected no more than 7 days after the close of auction unless a prior arrangement has been arranged.
Please Note = For Collections, please give AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR NOTIFICATION by Phoning 01952 463800, otherwise Vehicles cannot be collected..
Weekend Collections cannot be Guaranteed, please contact prior to collecting a vehicle
