Welcome to my auction for my 2003 Sachs Roadster 125cc.
As you can see from the pics its a Fantastic Looking Bike, i have owned this for approximately one year and covered about 2500km's.
I am selling the bike, as i need to raise funds for a deposit on a house, so unfortunatley i wont be accepting any part ex offers etc.
The bike is kept in a garage at all time. I have never dropped the bike, so there are no dents etc on the bike.
There are a few minor points, a couple of scratches on the tank (I Bought the bike with these on, the previous owner informed me that these were done whilst polishing the tank), some of the front spokes have a little surface rust on, i've not had time to get the old toothbrush out and start scrubbing them clean, but if i get a chance i will, slight pitting of rust on the rear shocks. I am just making you aware of these issues, never really bothered me, a bit of wire wool and brasso will bring these out.
The bike will have to be collected, cash on collection. The bike can riden away as there is 12 Months Tax and Mot, so its ready to ride.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this bike, and the bike recieves compliments were ever i go. The Roadster will happily cruise at 55-60mph, top end i would say 70mph (Downhill, wind assisted). Its not a sports bike, its a cruiser, and would make an ideal bike to start learning on and home in your biking skills on, if you would like to progress to a Full Motorbike licence.
The engine components etc have been taken from the Yamaha XV Virago 125cc, but this is a far better looking bike. Its completely reliable, as its a V-Twin 4 Stroke motor with plenty of torque.
Its a fairly large bike, pretty much full size, with a 125cc. Sachs also do a 650 Roadster, in one of these, exactly the same, just a bigger engine, and the design of this bike has been taken from the Ducati Monster.

On 14-May-08 at 06:46:22 BST, seller added the following information:I have the previous MOT for the bike, for when i purchased it, which states the Mileage in Km, approx 10500km.
The bike's been run on Shell Optimax since i have owned it.
I have 2 Sets of keys for the bike. Each set comprises of an ignition key and petrol cap key.
The bike has a built in steering lock, ie you can lock the steering from the ignition.
