In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, Hills Motors must be notified within 48 hours. Collection can then be arranged; if a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover labour.
In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, Hills Motors must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 7 days at the cost of the customer. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged

Hills is one of the UKs leading vehicle salvage and recycling companies. Our team prides itself on its high levels of professionalism, expertise, customer service and environmental standards. From our state-of-the-art headquarters set in 11 acres, with over 3500 cars we have most items in stock.
Our recycled parts centre is among the best in the UK. We have a dismantling shop with five bays, a giant warehouse for storing engines and gearboxes, storage capacity of over 3,500 vehicles in purpose built racks and nine vehicle transporters.
We have thousands of parts in stock at any one time and we will do our best to meet your exact need. We receive new daily deliveries of vehicles which are dismantled for parts.
Payment
We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Cash on collection and bank transfers.
All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.
If you are local we are happy for you to come and pick the item up. We have a walk in counter for customers and are allways happy to help with any enquires or problems.

Shipping
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. All items are packed to the highest standard possible, please check items before signing for them.
We do ship abroad and all prices are on the listing, if your country is not on there, send us an email and we can price up delivery for you if its possible.
We use several shipping companies and most things get sent next day delivery, please allow a day or so and if your item does not arrive send us an email and we will chase this up for you.
Terms
We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Most parts have a 3 month warranty, if the part goes faulty we will try and replace the part and if we cannot do that we will refund the costs.
Returns
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. You need to notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
