Up For Sale is my yellow and silver 2003 BMW F650GS which now unfortunately has to go as the garage space is needed for a new bike. I’ve used it on my daily 60 mile commute, it’s behaved perfectly and returned around 60mpg.

It has done just under 12000 miles which for a 5 year old bike is very low. It has factory fitted heated grips and a Remus exhaust system. The chain and sprockets were replaced at the MOT in January, both tyres have plenty of tread.

This not immaculate, there is the usual paint peeling around the water inlet and front forks.  The rear panels have slight cracks where someone over-tightened a luggge strap, but generally the bike looks very smart and the unusual colour scheme makes it stand out.  No fluid leaks or strange noises and the single spark engine pulls smoothly in all gears.

The MOT runs to January 2009 and the tax until the end of March 2009. I have the full service history with the last service being in January at around 10,000 miles.

 I can't see the sense in using a ridiculously low starting price with a reserve. The starting price is the lowest I would consider selling for and the Buy-It-Now is (I consider) a very reasonable price for this great bike. 

Bike is available for viewing (I’m 10 miles west of M25 J20). Test rides only on production of photo identity, insurance and full price cash deposit.
