The winning bidder should email or call within 24 hours of the auction end and pay a deposit by Paypal of £200. Deposit is refundable if car is not as described. The car should be collected and paid for within 5 days of the scheduled auction end unless other arrangements have been made IN ADVANCE. It goes without saying that your bid enters you into a legally binding contract with me and you should only bid if you intend to purchase the vehicle.

If you arrive to collect the car but find that I have knowingly mis-described or misrepresented it you will be free to walk away without completing the purchase and I will not leave negative feedback. In fact if I think that you are not entirely satisfied with the car I would prefer not to sell it. If however this happens after the car has been delivered to you the full delivery charge will still apply.

I will accept cash payment upon collection of the car or bankers draft subject to verification.

The car is located and can be viewed near Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire - easy access from M50, M5, M4 and A40. I can deliver the vehicle within 100 miles (subject to my discretion and your preferred times, if you are unable to collect please ensure I can deliver to your area before bidding, especially if it is a rural area). The delivery charges are set at £99 +VAT up to 60 miles, and then a pound a mile thereafter from HR2 8HJ. Deliveries are subject to a deposit - please email me in advance or call me to arrange delivery before bidding.
