DESCRIPTION

This is a Fiat Punto 1.2 Active 5 door presented to you in silver metallic with a contrasting blue interior in stunning condition. However the best thing about this little gem is that I am selling it with No Reserve and the bid starts at £0.01!! Most dealers would list this car with a hefty reserve, but not me!!

EXTERIOR

Outside the silver paintwork shines and glistens. Overall the bodywork of this car is in beautiful condition and it really gives me the impression of a car that has been lovingly cared for. However as I have already said I AM ULTRA FUSSY about my descriptions and therefore what follows is my detailed description of the external cosmectic defects I have spotted, but I want to emphasise that these marks are all very minor and are not really apparent unless you look for them closely. Ok the defects are as follows:- there are a few very small stone chips on the bonnet and front bumper of which most have been touched in, there are couple of very little "ping" dents on the car which could be very easily removed by a dent man specialist, one on the near side rear door and one on the off side front wing. There is some slight kerbing on the wheel trims and there is a slight scuff on the near side rear bumper.(The above minor cosmetic defects are shown in the photographs below).

INTERIOR

The interior of this car is in exceptional and immaculate condition, the seats are all still firm with no tears, wears or stains as are the carpets and engine bay.

WHAT'S IT LIKE?

The Punto's basic design has been around since 1994 - although refreshed many times - yet it's still a top supermini choice with a particularly youthful image helping make it popular with buyers. It's cheap to buy, no-hassle to own, well specced and has a range of willing and economical engines. The biggest attraction, apart from price, is the amount of space you get. There's plenty of head- and legroom throughout, and you can fit three in the back without too much sweat. Even the boot is a decent size. The power steering has light 'City' mode that makes parking a doddle and its easy to drive, well-controlled in or out of town, suspension takes care of the potholes well and doesn't roll too much in corners. It also earns a very respectable four out of five stars in the Euro NCAP saftey awards.

We invite any independent inspection you may wish to have done on the car, and assure you the car has had a full HPI check (a copy of which is available on request), which means it is clear of any insurance claims, has never been written off, has not been stolen and recovered, does not have a hidden identity and is free of any outstanding finance.
I WOULD LIKE TO STIPULATE THAT THE MILEAGE IS WARRANTED AND HAS NOT BEEN TAMPERED WITH OR CLOCKED IN ANY WAY.

MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL CONDITION
I have personally driven this car and can assure you that the engine starts first turn of the key hot or cold, it idles smoothly and revs freely to the red line with no knocks or rattles all ancilleries ie starter motor and alternator are working without fault. The 5 speed manual gearbox operates perfectly with no crunching or baulking going into gear and no gear whines or vibrations, the final drive and driveshafts are also quiet and vibration free. The power steering and suspension are precise and taut with no sloppiness, knocks or other undue noises.

PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION
The car has been through our workshop and undergone a thorough 114 point Pre Delivery Inspection. Unless specifically listed below under items requiring attention, all the electrical items, ie, engine management, airbags, lights, wipers, horn etc are working without fault.
Finally I am selling this car with a brand new MOT

Also, with todays fuel prices spiralling out of control this car also delivers a fantastic combined MPG (miles per gallon) of 49.6!
