Terms and conditions of the sale
There is an option to view & test drive all our vehicles before deciding to purchase. If for any reason after inspecting the car, you did not want to continue with the purchase, we will kindly cancel for you.
 
Deposits
For cars between 0-£3000 a £150 deposit must be left
For cars between £3000-6000 a £300 deposit must be left
For cars over £6000 a £500 deposit must be left
All deposit must be left within 24 hours of any purchase. This will be refunded if after viewing, you decided not to purchase. Any failure to inspect the item for any reason ie. change of personal circumstances, the deposit will be lost.
 
All payments must be made in full within 7 days of the auction ending.
 
Photo Id must be provided for log book completion. Any trade purchases must show valid trade insurance.
 
All cars are HPI clear and this will be stated on your invoice, there is a £10 charge if you require a certificate.
 
At the point of purchase tax & insurance of the vehicle is the new owner's responsibility.
 
All vehicles come with a 2 week warrantee on any major engine or gearbox fault. This is subject to the vehicle being returned to us (at the buyer's expense) for inspection prior to any repair or refund decision.
