This is an auction for my 2002 (51) Triumph Sprint RS in Black. I have owned this bike since 2003 and covered less than 3000 miles on it. The current mileage is only 5741, I have the the original purchase receipt from the 7th of April 2003 when I bought it, showing 3410 miles. I have the MOT certificate from 2006 with 5038 miles. The bike has had 2 previous owners the previous keeper acquired it in may 2002.
The bike has hardly been used in the past few years, I also have a Triumph Tiger which is my main bike hence the lack of use on the Sprint, I am now reducing my bike numbers so the Sprint has to go.

Very low mileage
Excellent mechanically, engine starts first time and runs sweetly with no knocks or noises
Rides superbly, pulls strongly in every gear, dont underestimate these 955's they are very well put together and will really put a smile on your face!
New battery fitted last week (almost 50 pounds)
Fitted with a Datatool system 3 alarm with a pager (never tested) i have the installation certificate so you can claim a discount from most insurance companies.
Bagalux cover fitted to fuel tank

Bad Point.
I had an off on this bike back in 2004, as a result i had to replace the front end plastics which were replaced with second-hand panels in a different colour, i have sprayed these mysefl- they are not perfect but look good enough to pass a casual inspection. The frame, engines cases, fuel tanks and exhaust are not damaged in any way, i will happily supply close up photos of any parts if required. The bike rides correctly and has not been effected in any other way by this incident. It was never subject to any insurance claim. I also replaced the headlamp with a new item and both front indicators with original Triumph units, the speedo unit is the original and was not damaged in any way. I rode this bike over to Belgium about 2 years ago and it performed faultlessly and was very economical. I would recommend a viewing of the bike to see how it looks it really l would be happy to ride this bike any distance with no worries.
I have added the RS stickers to the side to make the panels appear as original as possible.
I have 100 percent positive feedback on here which includes selling a couple of bikes and cars. I intend to keep my positive feedback so have been honest with my description.
Im not going to give this bike away and have set a very sensible reserve on it, if it doesnt meet its reserve i may end up keeping it in my garage and it will be another summer toy to play with, im not desperate to sell it so dont make me silly offers!
