For Sale: 2002 ROVER 45 1.6 IXS 16V RED METALIC

Alloys, Rear Spoiler, CD / RADIO

Car used to belong to my father-in-law, who owned it from new, then given to my wife 2 years ago as a run around for her and the children.

Car has low mileage for the year, at 48,475.

The car has been regularly serviced, with most of the history available, including the MOT certificates with documented mileage etc.

The MOT and TAX is due December.

There is no finance outstanding on the car.

A new clutch fitted last Christmas and the Car has done 6000 miles since then.

New Front Break Pads fitted last month.

Tyres good all round and few months old

Condition of Car

Mechanically the car is in excellent condition, and runs perfectly with no problems that I am aware of.

There are some cosmetic issues that I want to point out so that any potential buyer knows what they are viewing:

- There is a scuff on the driver side wheel arch See picture above. I would imagine that a chip removal firm would be able to sort ok.

- The is a small scratch about 1 inch long on the driver side near the hatch back. See picture above.

- Front driver side wheel has some small scuffing, but very minor, again see picture above

- Rear Driverside lights has a crack in the outter plastic lens, see picture above

Interior

- Is in very good condition although the seats would probably benefit from a shampoo as I have never had it done, and the car has been used daily for school runs with 3 kids, so there is some minor marks on the fabric and would come off when shampooed

- Carpets are in excellent condition as mats have always been fitted

Other Things

- Original Toolkit and spare type are all complete and in excellent condition

- Nice Walnut Dash

- Electric Front Windows

- Central Locking

- 2 Keys

- Original Owners Manual
