2001 YAMAHA DT 125 R BLACK

Hello and welcome to my auction for my Yamaha DT125R . YES it has the powervalve!!!!

I have owned this bike for just over a year and never failed me yet, I am selling her due to passing  my driving test and cannot afford to run both due to crippling insurance premiums as a young driver. lol.

I have put Continental Conti Escape tyres on it Two months ago these provide excelent grip in the dry,the wet and the occasional spin down the local green lane.

I have the original rear footpegs and load carrier (MIGHT NOT BE SHOWN IN PICS) which i removed to improve the DTR's looks i also sprayed the indicators and rear brake light lenses and replaced the rear brake light with an LED bulb, there is a minor crack in the rear light unit but no holes and no glue, and i have fitted a wrp handlebar protector.

Mint condition fairings no marks on bike apart from the smallest tear on the back seat this was done before i bought it (you would find it hard to notice it in the pics but when you come to view i will show you).

Blue LED clock lights (look amazing at night!)

Cyclone c11 alarm system (talking version) plus Xena alarm disk lock, working steering lock on the steering collum, left side.

I personally de restricted the exhaust and welded it back up so it has the power, i have had it to 80 mph once, and she still wanted to pull in fith gear. The bike and engine are mechanically sound i have done all work my self, front pads, oil changes, and fitted the alarm, have no worries i am an electrical fitter, and trained mechanic by trade.

This is a one off i very much doubt you will find another bike this old and in this good condition with this amount of miles it is a must see item, i am happy to let you view this item during the week between 6pm till 8pm and if you call me at the weekend then im sure we can work out a viewing time.

I do have this item for sale out side of ebay so i withhold the right to withdraw from the auction at any time, but would much rather let it run if the price is right.
