This model is still selling for £12,000 on other sites, so why not grab a bargain, cost £24,000 when new.

SITE FEES PAID TILL MARCH 2010, All sales commision to Lyons Robinhood, gas & electric to be paid upto date by myself, the winning bidder will have nothing to pay till March 2010 except the sale price.  Also the winning bidder and myself must sign the caravan over in the site office with the site owners present.

Questions I have been asked so far, which I missed off the ad are, site fees for this year where £2800.00 and the site is open for approx 45 weeks.  The site closes at the end of the first week in Jan and re-opens on the 1st of March.

This caravan is in great condition and is sited on the Lyons Robin Hood site in Rhyl, North Wales.  The caravan is 6 berth and has a master bedroom and a twin bedroom, there is also a pull out double bed in the living room.  It has a fitted kitchen complete with a gas oven, grill and hob, fridge freezer and a gas boiler for hot water, the bathroom has a sink toilet and shower cubicle.  There is an outside storage box that houses a washing machine and tumble dryer which is located under the kitchen window, these are both plumbed and wired in, a popular addition for people who spend alot of time at the caravan.  I have also fitted a sky dish which allows me to take my sky box with me when I visit the caravan.

The site has many facilities including bars, disco, arcade, shops, cafes, chip shop etc and is an excellent place for family holidays or weekend breaks.  The site is about 5mins drive from the centre of Rhyl or around 20mins walk away, there is also a golf course nearby.

The balcony outside the caravan is NOT part of this auction as it belongs to my father in-law, but separate sale will be considered with the winning bidder.

Please note the caravan is located on the owners part of the site, so letting is only to family and friends and there are no pets allowed.
