Payment:

Payment MUST be received within 7 days of auction close. We accept the following forms of payment: Money Order, Paypal and Checks. Please note that a Personal Check may require up to a 10 day clearing period depending on the feedback total of the buyer. That simply means we may hold off shipment of the items for up to 10 days to be certain that the check cleared the bank.

IMPORTANT NOTE: PAYMENTS BY PAYPAL MUST HAVE A CONFIRMED ADDRESS!

NON-PAYMENT Please be advised that according to eBay “Buyers automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if they win the auction-style listing or use the Buy It Now feature. eBay's Unpaid Item policy requires buyers to pay for the items that they commit to purchase. eBay will take action against buyers who do not pay for items they have won.” Auction winners who fail to pay or make arrangements to pay for the item they won within 10 Calendar days from the end of the auction will be deemed in violation of the above provision and will be reported to eBay as a non payer.  Once reported, eBay will take the appropriate action. RETURNS & REFUNDS This coin will be mailed as soon as payment has been received. We cannot be responsible for uninsured items. We ship in padded envelope. First 3 days of delivery no questions to ask. We will ONLY issue a refund after 3 days of delivery if We have grossly misrepresented an item. We will NOT issue a late refund based on disagreements over subjective grading of coins. In other words, We will NOT be held responsible for a late refund if your grading judgements are different than ours. We describe all items as accurately as possible.
