I am selling my two motorcars due to emmigration. Both cars have a low reserve. Both auctions are cash or bankers draft upon collection and any inspection of the vehicles is welcome prior to the end of the auctions. This auction is for my 2001 Land Rover Discovery TD5 S 7seater.  It is metallic champagne silver. The car is mechanically superb and I have just put it through its MOT prior to sale. There is 6months tax. I have also fitted four new tyres. Towbar attached.  As you would expect with a Discovery it has never let me down and is a pleasure to drive. The interior is in very good condition. The bodywork has a few minor marks and there is a little paint peeled off around the passenger side wheelarch ( picture included).  The car has a Land Rover service history. The car has had no off road use or been used for towing while I have owned it ( 3 years ). This is a great vehicle. I have received a number of emails regarding this vehicle. Mainly they have asked for more details regarding the interior and exterior condition of the vehicle and also if I could let them know the reserve price. As mentined before the interior is in very good condition. None of the fabric seats have any rips or tears. The drivers seat does have a rip on the side panel, about 2 inches long, but I will do some work on this so it is hardly noticeable. All the interior lights, electric windows, seat adjusters and dashboard instruments are in full working order. Also as mentioned, the bodywork has some scuffs and markings, which you would expect from a vehicle with this mileage. The main paintwork problem has been shown in the picture. The other marks and scuffs I mentioned are mainly to the front passenger door. There is a small dent, about the size of a 10 pence peice near the bottom of the door and there are a couple of surface scartches a couple of inches long. These are not deep and I would expect that a t cut would remove them. There is also one surface scratch on the rear driver door. Again this is not deep and a couple of inches long. All exterior lights, wipers and washers are fully working and all tyres are new. The reserve for the vehicle has been set at £3000. I have searched ebay for this model and the cheapest buy it now or classified add is £5000, so i feel this is a reasonable reserve. Best of luck with the auction.
