For sale is my friends Citroen Saxo Vts on a 2001 plate. He has recently joined the marines so is unable to drive the car on a regular basis thus selling the car and why I am selling it for him.

I know the cars history as I was there when he brought it and also have serviced the car on a regular basis for him. If there were any problems then I have sourced the parts from local outlets and fitted them as well.

He has owned the car since 12/04/2005 and before this there was only one owner. It is a very fast but yet comfortable car. There have been a few modifications to the car which is the lowering of the front and rear on gmax suspension struts and springs all professionally fitted by our local garage.  The front and rear brakes have been changed to aftermarket drilled and grooved discs and greenstuff pads to improve the braking performance. To improve the air flow he has fitted and aftermarket induction kit. This works very well and made a huge difference to the performance of the car. There have been no problems since fitting any of the aftermarket parts and the car has worked pretty much perfectly since the day we brought it. However as with all cars there have been a few minor problems with the car. These are:  tyres that needed changing at the last mot, and on the 27/02/06 the drive shaft was replaced. I have receipts to prove all of this. We have a partial service history of the car as the garage that we brought this car from was unable to provide us with any.

As you can see in the pictures the car is near perfect. There is a small chip in the windscreen which was present when we brought the car. I am not entirely sure why he did not replace this through his insurance but this is easy to do through your own insurance upon winning the car.

The car currently has no Tax as it has been stored in my garage for the last couple of months started at the weekends as we didn’t know when or if we were going to sell it. The cars MOT runs out on the 22^nd July 2008 so there are a few months left. From what I can see there are no problems with the car and the tyres still have plenty of tread.
