Test Drive: This S80 is a fantastic car to drive, it may have covered 152000 miles but it performs so much better than you would expect, the most noteworthy point is the cars beautifully controlled smooth ride, as a passenger or driver you feel so safe, reassured and relaxed, this is not a sports car and it does not, like others, pretend to be one, it goes by its business in a manner accustomed to the best executive cars out there. It starts on the key first time with no hesitation then settles to a typical diesel idle. The on road performance is acceptable and is more than capable of high speed motorway work. The manual gearbox is smooth and precise and engages every gear without any problems or hesitation, the brakes are very strong with excellent pedal feedback. Don't be put off by the mileage, take a look at our feedback at how many Volvo's we sell with over 150,000 miles, all our customer have nothing but praise. Any other car and you would think twice, but being a Volvo, you can be assured it will last many more happy miles.

Exterior & Interior: Although we will endeavour to find any exterior and interior marks/faults we are only human and we may miss the odd mark/scratch here or there or the odd electrical malfunction. You are more than welcome to come and use your own eyes to view/prod/drive the car during the auction. After the auction there will be no negotiation over any points.

Overall we would state the cars exterior is in very good condition for it's mileage and age. Noted imperfections: Driver side; A small dent and paint graze on the rear door and few typical usage marks. Passenger side; A few rear panel scratch marks, rear panel pin dent marks, a scratch mark on the top of the front door, a graze/small dent on the lower section of the front door and a few front wing fine marks. Front; A small passenger side corner bumper scuff marks and some typical stone chip marks. Rear; A small scuff to the driver side corner bumper and a few lower bumper usage marks.

The interior is in excellent condition, there is very little in the way of wear and tear, it all looks and feels much better then the mileage warrant. The drivers seat and steering wheel are both fully adjustable so it is very easy to get a great comfortable driving position. We tested all the electrics and everything worked without fault, but we did note that the air-con was not currently working.

Service History: This car comes with a full service history, the last recorded service was carried out on the 09/05/2007 at 141400 miles. There are a total of 14 service stamps in the service record book.

All of our cars are HPi clear. We do not have a buy it now, if you have a figure in mind of which you want to pay, please bid this amount. We do not give out the reserve for our auctions, as this is unfair on current bidders and is not part of the ethics of ebay, you simply bid what you want to pay for the car.

Due to a few problems we have experienced with non genuine ebay bidders, any new ebay members or members with less then 5 feedback rating, Please e-mail us with your contact details, including your address and telephone number, otherwise we will unfortunately have to remove your bids.

Contact must be made by the winning bidder within 24 hours. If no contact is made, The car will be re-listed and we will file for a non paying bidder warning, which will result in a non paying bidder strike on your account. A deposit will be required in circumstances were we deem necessary. All transactions must be completed within 5 days unless pre-arranged.

Due to increased demand, We will now tax your car for you, if you would like us to do this, please notify us at the end of the auction. Please note this is an extra service and will incur a charge.
