DB7 Vantage 2000 Auto
41,000 miles
Mendip Blue with Pacific / Parchment Interior
Extremely well maintained. No known faults - Still with Aston Martin Warranty which can be extended when it expires.
I have been asked by a number of poeple about the MOT - The car will have a new MOT before it is sold.
Last service was on 11th February 2008 - no outstanding items / faults to be done, no recommendations from the servicing dealer.
The service history is as follows:
· 11/2/08 39930 miles
· 8/3/07 36193 miles
· 5/1/06 30853 miles
· 1/12/04 25384 miles
· 19/6/03 17526 miles
· 6/12/02 13552 miles
· 15/7/02 6588 miles
· 5/10/01 5174 miles
· 16/3/01 1723 miles

This is a unique DB7 Vantage having a number of Works Service items added; the list of extras include:
· Heated front screen
· Clear side indicators
· Parking sensors (Works Service)
· Heated seats
· Chrome mesh grill
· Extensive wood upgrade (Works Service)
· VDO Daytona Sat Nav (Works Service)
· Electric folding mirrors
· Temperature gauge / compass in rear view mirror
· Sport Exhaust
· Chrome handles (interior)
· Hard wired battery conditioner (13amp plug in boot – just plug it in – no fiddling about)
· 6 CD system – original Aston Martin Kenwood system
· Tracker
· First aid kit (fitted in boot) Aston Martin fitted umbrella in boot.
· Fire extinguisher (fitted in rear foot well)
In addition to the above, I had the car Diamond Bright paint protected by the dealer last July. The tyres are all in excellent condition (fronts 7 mm – Rears 4 mm). The car is currently fitted with a Parrott Bluetooth system which is included in the asking price (No drilling when installed so can be removed easily if not required). The personal plate is not included V12 POA (Price On Application) but can be purchased for £1,500 if wanted.
I have two keys and all relevant documentation. The sat nav system was fitted at Aston Martin Works Service and I understand from Works Service that this was a £5,000 upgrade! As you can see from the photo the controls for the sat nav are located in the central armrest storage box. The parking sensors are Aston Martin and as you can see from the photo they give not only an audible warning but also a visual indication of where the risk is.
The paint work is in fantastic condition and I have an Aston Martin supplied paint chip touch up bottle in the exact colour match.
The built in battery conditioner is really useful; if the car is left unused for a week or two the battery needs to be kept on the conditioner and with the conditioner installed in the boot you just have to plug it into a normal 13amp 3 pin socket. There is no messing around with crocodile clips on the battery; I plug it in after every trip to keep the battery in top condition.
The front mesh grill is once again Works Service fitted which I feel is important.
As far as I am aware, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car, nothing needs attention or doing. As the car is still under warranty supplied by Aston Martin and has I understand never not been covered by warranty, anything that was wrong was sorted out with the main dealer.
I am selling the car because we have a Bentley Continental GT arriving soon and as the DB7 is only used as a weekend car I just can’t justify having 4 cars between my wife and I.
A couple of important points for anyone interested in viewing and purchasing, I cannot and will not let anyone drive the car without seeing an insurance certificate for fully comprehensive insurance. When the car sells I will not release the car until I have secure cleared funds in the bank, no exceptions. Once a deal is struck the car will not be used and will be securely stored until you pick it up; so your future investment is safe.
The car is available for viewing near Sudbury Suffolk. Please contact me (Kieran) on 07736 908070 for more information or to arrange a viewing.
No agencies please.
