Refunds
Any item can be returned unused within 7 days of receipt for full money back. P+P is non-refundable. Return shipping and handling to be paid for by the customer. It is fine to return items that are not quite what you want. Please email to say that you are doing so. Please send return items by recorded delivery, as items that are not received cannot be refunded.
Payment
We prefer payment via PayPal for amounts of £5 and over. In the UK, for amounts under £5, please pay if possible by Personal Cheque, Banker's Draft or Postal Order. International buyers, please pay via PayPal. Please make payment within 5 days.
Save on postage costs - your invoice can be held open for up to 5 days in order to purchase other items. This saves you money on postage costs, and also saves us money on PayPal fees, so it is win-win. In order to do this, please do not enter checkout, and please do not click on 'Pay Now' until you have finished buying everything you want. This involves not responding to invoices until you have finished buying.
Once you have entered the checkout process, then your item is being paid for separately, and cannot have other items added to it for p+p discount. Items paid separately will be dispatched separately.
If paying by cheque or Postal Order, please send USER ID and ITEM TITLE with the payment. This saves a lot of time and detective work, and will help prevent delays.
