Sunflower (Helianthus Annuus) 'THE BEES KNEES F1 HYBRID' - Flowers June - late September

Hardy Annual. Easy to grow.  Prefers a well drained soil in full sun.  Height to 5 feet.  This variety is ideal for borders.  Produces high quality pollen-free blooms and can be used for cut flowers.

Sow seed March-August in intervals and maintain a temperature of 15-18°C.  Lightly cover seeds with vermiculite or sand.  Can be grown in seed trays or in small pots.  Keep soil slightly moist but do not over-water.  When large enough to handle plant into final flowering positions.

If preferred could be sown directly into the open ground in final flowering positions between April to mid-July.
