PAYMENT:

Paypal is quickest, easiest and safest for both of us.
Payment is due within 7 days.
We will take cheques ONLY by special arrangement but they are SLOW !  Clearance can take up to 10 days in total.
Paypal echeques can take even longer !

POSTAGE:

We will combine shipping on multiple items to give you the best value postage.
In most cases ebay checkout will automatically combine items and discount postage for you.

Whilst problems are rare we will replace or refund any items that are defective, even though as wholesalers we have no control over the manufacturing process. However we must be informed of any problems within 7 days and before returning any item. Unarranged returns will not be accepted.
